 BEST HABITS THAT I HAVE TAKEN UP 

 Read-



This is a habit that I have recently adopted and I am very proud of that. I started reading books 4 years ago when my friend first gave me a book that she had recently read. I went home and immediately started reading it but after almost 50 pages, I quit. After that, I tried reading another book but still, I did not like it. but recently almost 2 years back I again started reading books and now I really enjoy reading. can you tell me that what could have been the thing that I was doing wrong? If you thought that I was choosing the wrong books to read that you are right. I bought a book on Christianity without even realizing that I had absolutely no interest in exploring different religions. so my number one 
suggestion for you would be to first find your interest and then buy books otherwise don't. 

Routine-


Setting a routine for yourself is very important. Before setting my routine, I use to procrastinate a lot, like I would just randomly start working on something. like I would do 1 hour of productive work and then take a break of 10 mins but that break usually lasted for 2 to 3 hours. So recently I have tried the timeboxing method. I limit a certain hour to a certain time and in that way, I can be much more productive.  

Affirmations -

Now for all those who don't know what affirmations are then let me be the one to tell you. Affirmations are some positive things that you say to yourself. like my thoughts and opinion matter. I am beautiful inside and out. I will be the first millionaire in my family. if you say good things to yourself. you are going to feel good about yourself and it is more likely that you achieve that task as scientifically proven that if you write down something then your mind is more conscious of what it has to do.
